    I’ve trimmed for width and notched the corners out of the patio blocks I used, with a diamond cut off blade in an angle griinder to fit around the surface of the opening.
    Angle iron gets welded onto the bent over ‘flaps’ of the box, to provide a retaining lip for the blocks.
