Ladder Bars

 Ladder Bars

Ladder bars have been around for a long time and for good reason. They Work!

Many people pass on ladder bars and go right for the more fashionable 4 link suspension.

Yes a 4 Link will give better traction than ladder bars but only if you spend considerable time to adjust and readjust them. Few people need the extra traction and fewer yet spend the time to learn how to adjust them. Major frame modifications are required to install the 4 link and you have 4 times as many rod end to replace when they wear out.

These plans show you how to make and install ladder bars and Ladder link bars (AKA double adjustable ladder bars). Setup is easy and as I mentioned in the first sentence, They work!

FYI  I have driven my coupe to quarter mile times in the 9s using stock leaf springs and ladder link bars.
